The service agreement for this CRM Integration package includes a standard 03 month maintenance period beginning upon system deployment, covering gateway stability and technical oversight. All deliverables are finalised within a 3-5 day timeline, with the client entitled to 01 comprehensive adjustment session to fine tune gateway parameters and app workflows. Please note that maintenance requests are processed within a 1-2 day turnaround. This package is focused on commercial integration; factory and financial ledger data entry are not included.
